Lun Energy

I joined Lun Energy, a Danish SaaS start-up in the renewables industry, as a fractional product manager to help them enter the German market.

Over an horizon of nine months, I led the initial product discovery to validate hypotheses and identify a value proposition for the German market.

As a result Lun launched a functional prototype to their ideal customer profile and established a German team in March 2024.

wawa fertility

As wawa’s first product owner, I worked alongside the founder & CTO to define the product strategy that helped us to find product market fit. Providing a user research plan, let us validate our assumptions fast. I defined processes for a cross-functional product team, used during product discovery & delivery.

Wawa fertility provides guidance before and during fertility treatment. Wawa's app (available on iOS & Android) offers research-backed content, an intelligent treatment assistant, a social community and access to fertility doctors & experts.

NØIE

As one of the first hires in the product team, I was driving the growth strategy from product perspective. Setting the strategic direction for the digital product, supported the prioritisation of new initiatives and ongoing feature iterations.

NØIE provides personalised skincare to people with skin issues through machine learning.
